Property snapshot and presentation for Swiss addresses
showroom turns Aireon data into material you can present. Search a Swiss address or EGRID in the Reporter to get a property snapshot, save it as a PDF, or prepare a portal listing in Publish. Your gallery collects the screenshots and reports you save across the Aireon suite, grouped by parcel.
Property snapshot in the Reporter
The Reporter loads five live cards for the location, each recreating one Aireon app:
- Market value: an indicative price per m² from the valoo model
- Building height from swissBUILDINGS3D 3.0 (swisstopo)
- Construction year from the federal building register (GWR)
- Solar potential from sonnendach.ch
- Road noise from the federal sonBASE model
A parcel strip shows the address, EGRID, zone and number of flats. Select the cards you want and click Generate report to download a multi-page PDF with parcel facts, methodology and sources. Report links carry the location, so you can bookmark and share them. Claire, the AI assistant, answers questions about the parcel and the report values.
Portal export in Publish
- Start from an address to prefill location and parcel data, then pick the dwelling to fill in rooms, area and floor from the GWR
- Let Magic fill draft the title and description from the listing facts
- Choose up to 13 gallery images and check the live validation
- Download a ZIP with the IDX 3.01 record, images and SwissRETS files for ImmoScout24, Homegate, newhome and Flatfox
Frequently asked questions
What does a showroom property report contain?
A multi-page PDF with a cover, an executive summary, parcel identification (address, EGRID, zone, building footprint and volume, dwellings), one section per selected card with its method and source, and a disclaimer.
How do I export a listing for ImmoScout24, Homegate, newhome or Flatfox?
Open Publish, fill in the listing, pick up to 13 images from your gallery and click Download portal package (.zip). The ZIP holds the IDX 3.01 record, the JPEG images and SwissRETS JSON and XML files. You upload it with your own portal contract and credentials.
Who can see my gallery?
The gallery lists the exports saved to your own Aireon account, so you see it after you sign in. The Reporter and Publish pages open without signing in.
