Portal listing export

Prepare a property listing for upload to ImmoScout24, Homegate, newhome and Flatfox.

• Start from a Swiss address to prefill location and parcel data, then pick the dwelling to fill in rooms, area and floor from the federal building register (GWR)
• Magic fill drafts the title and description from the listing facts; review it before publishing
• Choose up to 13 images from your gallery; they are converted to JPEG
• Check the live validation, then download a ZIP with the IDX 3.01 record, the images and SwissRETS JSON and XML files

You upload the package with your own portal contract and credentials. The form opens without signing in; gallery images need an Aireon account.
